“Channel ID 42 is the primary channel”
Scheduled Maintenance Events:
All three maintenance events only applied to FDX nodes on the local cable system. Mid-split/sub-split nodes had no maintenance scheduled at all this week.
Only maintenance event that was service impacting was the 8/6/2026 1:30 am one. (which is also when the channel config changed). Also the time when the modem lost sync was closer to 2:30 am.
All in all, The OFDM Downstream Channels are currently operating at 150 MHz and 900 MHz at the moment.
Video QAM is likely between 501 MHz- 764 MHz (may be a guard band of a few MHz before the next D3.0 channel picks up at 765 MHz). I still remember when the Video QAM’s came first after the upstream bands!
