Firefox loading Broadband Bulletin "something went wrong".

Hi Everyone, I am using Firefox (134.0.2) to load Broadband Bulletin but every time it says "Something went wrong while trying to load the full version of this site. Try hard-refreshing this page to fix the error". I refresh in Firefox and still has the same thing. Also I have cleared the browser cache and cookies and history and still the same error. When I use MS.Edge (134.0.2) there are no error messages. With Google Chrome (Version 132.0.6834.160) there is no error. I just want to let everyone know if you are using Firefox to browse Broadband Bulletin there will be errors.

antdude mikecintel: Try brand new profiles in your OS account and Firefox to see if it happens again as a test. Maybe your old profiles and accounts are corrupted or something.

OK will do when I get home from work. Will let you know what happens.

OK I am home now. I created a brand-new profile and it still has same thing. I did it on the other computer (I have 2 computers at home) and it still gives me that error message. I have to use MS Edge, and I don't have that message. I even reinstalled Windows 10 and still it has that error.

That's so weird. Do you have anything third party security addon (e.g., software and hardware) in your network and computers, but that would affect Edge too.

Yes that is wired. No I do not have any 3rd party hardware on my networks and computers at all. I use AVAST but I uninstall it and it still has the same problem. I install AVAST and it still has the same problem weather it is installed or uninstalled.

Anything is possible I suppose, Avast has caused a wide array of problems on machines. When you uninstalled Avast did you run just the program uninstaller or avastclear.exe uninstall utility. If just the regular uninstaller I suggest if you think it might be Avast problem which it could be Is to download avastclear.exe uninstall utility. https://www.avast.com/en-us/uninstall-utility#pc

I did the uninstall but not the avastclear.exe. Thank you for the link. I will try that tonight when I get home from work and I will give you guys an update.

This seems like a weird issue. For it to duplicate on 2 different PCs makes me wonder whether this is a local network issue vs a specific browser setting issue or something common between the 2 PCs. Like many other who have posted I too am a Firefox(latest version) user plus running uBlock Origin and have no issue logging in here. Matter of fact I just upgraded to the latest Firefox(135.0) and still no issues.
The error message you are getting kinda gives me pause. I'm no Coder but the term "trying to load the full version of this site" makes me wonder what else is going on?

Blocking cookies is one way to provoke the message. The question is if these issues people are seeing is related to that.

It is a wired issue. I am surprised too. The thing is Google Chrome or MS.Edge I don't receive that message.

FYI. Firefox v135 just came out 2.5 hrs. ago. 😉 I doubt that will make any differences.

No, I don't think they are related. There is just one cookie, which is needed to log in, and you are logged in...

Maybe something gets loaded in the wrong order... (I'm just thinking out loud)

OK I did try at work and I am using the latest version of Firefox 135.0 (64 bit) and it happens here too. If this is the case I will be using MS.Edge or Google Chrome because they are working without those errors. Again, Thank you so much for your help.

Deliberately vague "error" messages like that suggest a "security" issue related to your setup, not FF or BBBF.
