Firefox loading Broadband Bulletin "something went wrong".

Hi Everyone,

I am using Firefox (134.0.2) to load Broadband Bulletin but every time it says "Something went wrong while trying to load the full version of this site. Try hard-refreshing this page to fix the error". I refresh in Firefox and still has the same thing. Also I have cleared the browser cache and cookies and history and still the same error.

When I use MS.Edge (134.0.2) there are no error messages. With Google Chrome (Version 132.0.6834.160) there is no error. I just want to let everyone know if you are using Firefox to browse Broadband Bulletin there will be errors.

I'm using the same Firefox and had that error appear just one time.

I typically do many logins every day...

So it's real but seems very sporadic.

134.0.2 (64-bit) No problems here. Try running it in "Troubleshooting Mode" (previously Safe Mode) to see if it is an issue with one of your extensions.

I did run in troubleshooting mode, and it is intermittent. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still the same thing. I guess I am going to use MS.Edge to access this site. I am using the latest version and it is 64 bit.

I'm still on Windows7Pro, so my Firefox is 115.19.0esr (64bit). I get the "something went wrong" when I first log in, and then about 30% of the time as I navigate the site.

I’m on the latest ESR on my work computer, and whatever the latest regular consumer version is on my Windows 11 and Mac OS machines. Haven’t had that problem. Do you have any interesting extensions?

I use uBlock origin and Bitwarden.

mikecintel: Try brand new profiles in your OS account and Firefox to see if it happens again as a test. Maybe your old profiles and accounts are corrupted or something.

OK I am home now. I created a brand-new profile and it still has same thing. I did it on the other computer (I have 2 computers at home) and it still gives me that error message. I have to use MS Edge, and I don't have that message. I even reinstalled Windows 10 and still it has that error.
