DWDM After watching 2 separate Zoom calls - it is obvious they were caught by surprise and today there is a THIRD Zoom call they are hosting. They are too technically focused like many organizations who don’t have people who can transfer the tech specs into an enduser manual.
Well, Voip.MS actually DOES have a very good Wiki, they deserve credit for that.
But I’ve used a whole slew of VoIP companies.
Callcentric, Voip.MS, CallWithUs, FlowRoute, Voxox, Sipgate, and some others which are either gone from the world or gone from my memory.
Among the so-called DIY providers, I have always found Callcentric to be more intuitive and more user-friendly than Voip.MS.
I often said so on DSLR.
Others have different opinions of course.
But the point is, the “Voipo” customers are (to a big extent) NOT tech-oriented people, so would have some learning curve for ANY of the companies where customers supply and program the ATA or IP Phone.
It’s like asking Harry to move from the back seat of the Uber, into the driver seat.
