dcm Ignore what exists now on Voipo, those settings are dead in place and have no effect on your new provider. If you ported out to her new service, the new provider has already re-directed the inbound service to their servers.
BEAR IN MIND: Some Voipo adapters can be reset and will work with the new provider. Mine was one that worked and when it re-started, it said USERNAME: admIn and it asked me for a password which is also admin. Here is what we found: Voipo a while ago had locked a number of Adapters and no amount of resetting will work which means you would need to purchase a new (as one example) HT802 adapter from places like Amazon etc.
Yes Voipo screwed us that way and there is no one left there to assist in getting you the password.. You won’t know till you try resetting the Grandstream ATA.
I started out with a lot of questions and now I’ve assisted 3 neighbors setting theirs up so feel free to as here if you need help.
Amazon sells the adapter for about $50 dollars.
