Woodie I made the transition from voipo to voip.ms. I set up my account, and transferred my phone number. Configured my ATA (Grandstream HT702) per the instructions from voip.ms. The end result is I can receive incoming calls, but can’t dial out. Any number that I try dialing gives a rapid busy signal. I’ve gone over all the settings and after two days of trying tried using voip.ms’s support ticket. No response to date. Tried online chat, was number 11 in que, never made contact with an agent…..
1) Have you tried making outbound calls with 11 digits (1 + Area Code + Number)?
Worth a quick try.
2) As a diagnostic test, why not try the Voip.MS softphone (install it on your cellphone) to see if you can dial out.

IF it works, then at least you will know the issue is with your Grandstream ATA rather than your new Voip.MS account.
3) Have you checked ALL the settings on your Voip.MS Dashboard? And your ATA also of course.
I mean ALL the settings deeply, like Sheldon Cooper would.
As one simple example, the POP (point of presence) on your ATA must match the POP selected on the Voip.MS Dashboard.
EDIT: Woodie posted that he fixed the “typo” that was causing his problem, but I’m leaving this up in case it might be of use to someone else.
