OzarkEdge You will need to allow yourself time to discover and learn and to configure your service. If you are not willing and able to do this, then you should look for another provider, imo.
Respectfully, I find the comment quite ironic.
1) None of these customers actually asked to have their “Voipo” service end so dramatically and suddenly (Connectus Interruptus). It was imposed on them, seems quite arbitrary (what was the reason for the arbitrary date, would have seemed more logical to wait for mid-month or end-month).
2) None of these customers had a fair chance to evaluate alternatives (such as an easier to use DIY company (in my experience at least) such as Callcentric, or other full-service companies such as 1-Voip or Voiply).
3) And in particular, how can anyone allow yourself time with a gun to their head.
This short deadline (really just 5 business days) is NOT adequate time to to anything except meekly surrender and hope for the best.
As has been said, this seems in gross violation of FCC rules (which require a bare minimum of 31 days notice).
