Normally I’m not one to argue with Comcast, but that is entirely too many uncorrectables. By many orders of magnitude. An errant codeword or two is one thing, but that’s 1 billion codewords that were irreparably corrupted. This isn’t like correctable codewords, which are expected on the OFDM channels; none of your channels should have a significant number of uncorrectables.
The fact that the XB8 isn’t properly reporting/attributing data doesn’t help things. But that is far too high, and I am surprised you’re not having connection reliability issues with that many corrupt codewords. This is where a truck roll is warranted, IMHO. Either a line needs replaced, or the closest amp needs turned up.
(As for the channel 44 thing, for the primary channel the XB8 seems to copy the results of one of the other channels. In my case, it’s 194, which is the highest frequency OFDM channel. In your case, it would make a ton of sense for all of those uncorrectables to be that weak OFDM channel as well)
