Donut417 because it’s a pain in the ass. At least that was the case when the folks used to do it with the phone bill. That’s why I pay cellular and they pay for home internet. My mom always forgot if she transferred the funds, as she would manually transfer each month. I don’t have time to keep track of it all, as I’m focused on paying off my debt.
Complaining here almost daily about your strange geriatric parents who apparently refuse to use a credit card for anything isn’t going to get much sympathy at this point. I’m not sure why you keep repeating yourself, you already have our advice at this point.
At least a dozen people here and on DSLReports told you how to solve the problem and get lower prices.
They are choosing to pay high prices because they refuse to use a credit card.
I’m sorry that Comcast doesn’t accept bill pay from Our Lady of Dubuque, Iowa Savings & Loan, but that’s not really Comcast’s problem.
The other 95% of us use credit/debit cards to pay for things.
