Thought I'd start a new thread for suggesting functionality and not clog up the "Suggestions for additional forums" thread. How about embedding YT and other videos, twitter feeds, etc. Currently I can post links but embedding is much better.

Tried the new "Ignoring" for certain threads (conversations).
Works great but had to do a hard refresh so they didn't show up in my lists.

[edit] It would be nice to be able to do this directly from the lists.

[deleted] Blocking all PMs is a feature of phpBB - the bulletin board software I'm familiar with. However, you can't block a PM from a mod or site admin. If they want to contact you, they will.

hmmm .. i'm iffy on this one .. do we really want an extra line(s) added to every post a person makes?

personally, i think i prefer adding that same info on the "About Me" in my profile .. so it's shown just when someone looks at your profile but doesn't add line(s) to every single post i make.

I see you can add a "Write something about yourself" that shows up when you hover over your avatar.

PL1 I filled mine out. I did notice there’s a hard limit to how much you can write. I like the idea of personalizing your profile.

Thanks... I should have thought of that, but I haven't had to change that setting for other sites and I forgot all about it! (what a dummy!)
