They are a lot better than AA, the last time and I mean the last time ever again, I flew AA to Chicago, I get to the airport and the flight was cancelled due to a late arrival while trying to get booked on another flight they uncancelled the flight and I had to re-book the flight paying for more tickets each time, there system cannot just transfer a ticket I had to buy another one and get a credit for the cancelled flight, after the third purchase I received a e-mail from my CC company wanting to know if I was the one using the card, had I not replied to that e-mail my card would have been canceled.
Great out of town without a card and only one backup card.
Then on the way back the flight looked like it was going to be cancelled cue to a dead battery preventing the APU from being fired up we where de-boarded and left sitting waiting for a decision to be made, had that flight been canceled I would have missed my connection in Atlanta requiring yet another ticket purchase and probably a much longer wait to get back home.
What a way to run a airline.
