The two neighborhoods where I first spotted FDX amps back in September still don’t have it turned on. They’ve do seem to turn midsplit on as soon as the work is done (for legacy -> FDX hardware) which is cool since our area was essentially skipped over for midsplit the past 4 years.
Also interesting, for the entire month of December our headend was routing on the backup path in the RuR ring architecture Xfinity uses. Requests would be routed from a different AR in Maryland to then on the ibone to NJ and NY. There’s probably a ton of backend work at headend and larger aggregate plant levels to enable FDX?
