I see the InstaWeather site has a good size chunk of the province under the "School Bus cancellation for Monday" warning. It's not as cold here as was forecast earlier in the week - it's about -10C right now which is actually really seasonal for 7pm in late January in Kingston. I think we got up to about -8C during the day and the low tonight which had been forecast for like -22C a few days ago is now moderated to -17C which, while chilly, isn't the coldest night of the winter by about 3 degrees. By Thursday and Friday the forecast has the days back up to the -3C to -5C range which is slightly above average.
