Comcast/Xfinity Website Down

Is anyone having issues logging into their account on the web site? Username is input, select ’Let’s Go’, rotating line appears, then after five seconds or so, the same login page refreshes itself, not even prompted for password.

Thanks hex0101. I want to believe you! But I recently had a weird run-around where my upload speeds decreased to 5Mbps without my consent on my older modem. So the last thing I want to do is click “accept” and legally agree to 35Mbps. I’m clicking accept to agree to 1Gig and I’m pretty sure they won’t give me free 2Gig just because the plant can do it. So I don’t follow the logic that agreeing to 35Mbps will still give me 100Mbps. I will go to my local xfinity store and see if they can override the 35.

meanwhile… the website is down again. Maybe thousands of people are trying to get the new discounts.

Stuff Try the Chrome browser. I didn’t see the 5 year plans with either Firefox or Safari on my Mac. I do now see them on my iPad using Safari which surprised me.

Don’t know if it’s the issue now, but several times I’ve seen things broken on the Xfinity site that would be fixed by using a new browser or clearing the cache. Looked like they don’t version the page components or set them to expire quickly enough.

Thanks for the suggestions. Tried Chrome, tried iPad with both Safari and Chrome, same result as screenshot above.

wasn’t showing any plans available here for the last week (telling me to call in for assistance)
now offers a $50 2 year
plan at 500/100 or 300/xx WiFi for $35 first year $65 year 2 then $95😱!!!
They aren’t offering anything worth much YET, I still believe better offers will be coming to me soon
at $95 both starlink and T-MO wireless are better deals

In looking here and at the similar thread on Reddit, it looks like the $50 plan is only being offered to existing customers in the Northeast Region. Has anyone outside of the Northeast region been able to get this plan?

Quagmire Not availale on my plan builder here in Detroit, it is available for NEW customers though

$65 is the best I’ve seen in the Chicagoland area for 1Gbs.

I now get all the offers if acting like a new customer at a local address, not offered to me as a existing customer.
tells me to call in.
last call in was big upsell and cutoff twice after I resisted.
Not playing that game again

Well some reason can’t even log in to Xfinity website today at least with MS Edge Browser, gonna clear my cache in a few minutes and see if that helps

Comcast Xfinity Email not accepting password in NEW Outlook, but i haven’t see a message to switch to Yahoo mail yet, so no idea whats going on there

was Comcast maintenance at 12:30am last night, but we didn’t lose sync at all, Gateway XB8 stayed connected the whole time

Quagmire I’m in the northeast region and I just get “Sorry about that! We had a problem with our site.” when I click on either the “change speed” link or the “see offers” link. This is with Edge – I can’t get it to even get to that page in Firefox or Chrome. (I’ve never been able to get their site to work in Firefox, but Chrome used to work.)
