Somewhat-Reticent JRB-Ware Mystery solved. Not. GrumpyCanadian feeder… fill lasts days, and there aren't as many chickadees around … Year-'round birds keep mosquitoes (& other pests) down ( like fair-weather barn swallows do ). This affects disease transmission.
