Rock_cake I ducked out and saw it Friday afternoon. And going to the movies by myself when the theater is apt to be empty is the only time I will go!
But it’s not very good as a Star Wars movie. It’s not written as nor does it feel like a feature film; more like three episodes of the tv show they’re charging you movie prices to watch. The first act is pretty good, the second is pretty bad (slow and boring), and then there’s a big fight to finish the film.
I’d just wait for it to stream. It is not nearly as bad as the last 2 sequel films, and there’s nothing that is so bad I want to discuss it, but this is a big meh. Feels like the middle of a season of the show. With a little tweaking this could have been a lot of fun, but they didn’t even bother. It feels really lazy.
