Not necessarily so - assuming the site learned its lesson over the earlier "passwords stored in plaintext" lossage, they only have access to some sort of hash of the plaintext.

I'm fairly certain that the usage of plaintext passwords were discontinued after some of it was swiped some years ago.

One could still still utilize rainbow tables to find equivalent passwords, but that can be very computationally intensive for 'good' passwords. And one still need to obtain the hash table first. And if the hash table is salted, then all bets are off for all practical purposes.
