egeezer Yeah, I wouldn’t call it a “Philly Cheese Steak” either with lettuce and tomato on it. It needs Cheez Whiz and grilled onions for me.
I like my chicken cheese steak with extra provolone, grilled peppers, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, and sliced jalapeños on it.
My tuna salad sandwiches are always cold with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, with a sweet pepper relish. Chicken salad needs some sweet crunch like pecans and dried cranberries.
I like provolone, tomatos, and peppers on hot meatball sandwiches.
I like turkey thick cut with cranberry sauce and corn bread stuffing in it. Like Thanksgiving in a sandwich.
I like Teryaki Pineapple burgers with white American cheese and garlic aioli.
Bacon can be questionable depending on the place, some make it chewy, some make it too crunchy, some have way too much hickory flavor. I like soft warm sandwich rolls but not toasted, I don’t care for the sharp crispy edges.
