Just get a paper bill and pay them through your bank’s bill pay app through online banking. I use my bank’s bill pay for many of my bills but still do paperless billing. I only pay them directly if I’m late but use a mobile wallet instead of volunteering my banking information. Many of these companies have been hit by data breaches.
