Perhaps I missed it but I didn’t see a budget for this build.
IIRC, ASRock has recently had some issues with their motherboards with respect to AMD 9000 series processors. Presumably there are firmware fixes out now, however, that isn’t necessarily something I would personally want to experiment with. Especially so if it were likely my last build ever. This from someone that rather likes ASRock boards as I have an ASRock X570 Taichi and ASRock B650E PG Riptide WiFi.
The ASRock X570 Taichi is configured with a an AMD RyZen 3950X (16 core / 32 thread), 64GB RAM and the ASRock B650E PG Riptide WiFi s configured with an AMD RyZen 7950X (16 core 32 thread) 32GB RAM.
You might be able to save some money by not buying the latest and greatest platform. For example:
The AMD RyZen 9 5900XT (Vermeer) is a 16 core 32 thread beast of a processor and you can buy it for ~$249.99 USD at Microcenter. When I bought my RyZen 9 3950X it was something like ~$700 USD and my RyZen 9 7950X was similarly priced. Yes there is a performance difference between the older 3950X and the newer 7950X but many people wont see the difference. It depends on what you do with it but there is a significant price difference.
