1) I can never understand why companies hound one for reviews, since it just exposes them up to negative ones, especially in the type of case you mentioned where they’ve already provided poor service. I never ask for a review from a buyer on eBay to reduce my exposure to any negatives, but if they don’t have the practice automated I always hound a seller I bought from for one because they can leave only a positive (I do this after I’ve left them a positive). I almost always get those positive to buyer ones except on my last purchase where despite requesting the same twice they have not done it–I see that despite their robust sales their last positive to a buyer was over six months ago, so I’m probably SOL.🤔 Many, if not most, sellers on eBay give positives to buyers automatically, sometimes immediately upon your order and some have it automated to give one as soon as you give them a positive. As a seller, I won’t give a buyer a positive unless they’ve given me one first, at which point I manually respond positively in kind. With almost 25 years on eBay, I’ve never received a negative, either from a buyer or from a seller when in the past the practice was permitted.
2) When you have the chance, speed up a little and then pull in front of them and then take your foot off the gas so you gradually slow down and thus annoy them without creating a dangerous situation that breaking would create. I used to do this also to tailgaters. These were practices that I carried on when I was younger–nowadays I just do everything possible to avoid even the slightest increase in danger on the road.
