You have no idea of the damage tariffs will do. You want war? You have it.
Sorry, that was a sarcastic comment without the "/s" 😉
But the phrase: "especially the price of eggs." should've indicated that something is probably not right.
In any case, tariffs will be passed down the chain, so at the end the consumers will pay for it. And not just the tariffs, but likely some extra, so a 25% tariff could very well end up 35 - 50% extra at the cash register.
Stoopid people have been known to vote against their economic self interest for a long time.
