Complain to the company, not us.
Frontier, AT&T and others are doing up to 8Gb with XGS-PON which is pretty much the maximum it can do with overhead anyway.
You won’t see any 10Gb services until they upgrade to 25G-PON like Google Fiber is doing.
Google even admits: “There’s no client devices that need 20Gb, we know that.”
The same could be said about 10Gb lol, but Google Fiber is small enough and they have very deep pockets, so it’s relatively cheap for them to keep upgrading without much customer demand for those speeds.
I bet the vast majority of their customers are on 1Gb.
