Are the torpedo bats gonna be MLB’s tush push? Speaking of which, the owners “tabled” the vote on that issue at the owners meetings today, which means they’ll vote on it at a later date. Apparently the vote was 50/50, or would’ve been.
The guy who invented the torpedo bats works for the Marlins. I don’t know what his job actually is, but I hope he’s like the guy who made gadgets for Batman and James Bond so the Marlins can start winning. Incidentally, James Bond proves that Batman isn’t a superhero since James Bond is just Batman without a costume and nobody every called James Bond a superhero. Incidentally incidental, James Bond is a ripoff of Batman. Batman has been around since the 1930’s. James Bond’s WWII origin story is just CYA BS from his creator. Now I’m supposed to say I digress, so I said it.
Edit: I forgot to say that it’s waaaaay too early in the torpedo bat expiriment to draw any conclusions. But if the Marlins hit 15 home runs in 3 games this season, I think you’ll have difinitive evidence.
