I just received this suspicious Home Warranty letter in the mail today. First thing that I noticed is that it never stated who the company actually is, just “Home Warranty Division.” Also. AFAIK, I never signed up for any Home Warranty plan. Yeah, it said last June that it was their “final attempt” to notify me, but here we are 7 months later …

Maybe clear to you, not to everyone.

A guy in Canada was just conned out of 1.7 million dollars, gradually over several months. Two big banks (CIBC and RBC) sort of knew about it but did not stop it. Point is, SOME people are not as smart or as sophisticated as others….

I did not purchase any “home warranty” program.
Repairs to my house are paid for by me, in most circumstances.
