antdude Still no v140esr, but did see regular v140 on its web site and https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/140.0/releasenotes/. https://thunderbird.topicbox.com/groups/planning/T574348b8ed3b3590 says v140esr is delayed until next week due to the long July 4th weekend in USA. A good idea if something goes wrong. Better safe than sorry.
