What fascinates me is how so many draw imaginary lines in the sand/choose hills to die on, that are simply taking an opposing view rather than choosing to think independently and not a party line.
For instance, I’m decidedly anti CCP and I’m a Hawk of a sort, despite being a liberal. I don’t choose party lines and I question those who consistently follow the populism of the part line.
Capitulation to Putin is weak, we’re so close right now to brining him down, too. The last thing we should do is placate the man that wants to rule the world from a straw house.
