swilliams Last week, I called asking to get this promo (the last 1/g for $50/mo was expired at the time). They said no, but I could get 500/$50 and within 15 days the 1g/$50 deal would be available. The chat rep promised they’d honor it when it became available and said they’d put a note on my account. I screenshotted everything, too. So for the last week, I had 500/$50.
Yesterday when the 1g/$50 came out, I contacted support again and sent them the screenshots. They refused to honor their promise and instead said 1g would be $95/mo. I cancelled and signed up as a new customer, and they provisioned it at 1g/35mbit. I’ve had mid split for a few years now. SMH.
