Glad you got it working. I have a love/hate relationship with gv, but the obi itself is really a rather robust ATA. I don’t think there’s many (or any) others out there that allow you to configure multiple itsp’s, requiring that functionality be on a pbx. The obi is a self contained unit which has some basic pbx functions like in/out call routing.
We’re about 3 weeks into the experiment here, moving away from google voice entirely to anveo direct. Once the bugs were worked out (mostly firewall and some sip settings), calls are working well. Of course, each outbound call now costs. We’ll see what the usage costs looks like in another 10 days.
Why? So there’s working call waiting. With inbound calls forwarded to callcencentric, call waiting doesn’t work on the gv number if an outbound call (via gv) is already in progress.
