How would apps affect things if it is a global issue? I use the standard Libre Suite, gIMP, and a few other things. OS is Mint, updated almost current (a new update notice appeared a few days ago).
Settings are auto-set for the printers, though the IP is inputed manually. Firewall on or off, no difference.
Simply updating the OS brought them back into use.
