HELLFIRE Why does it seem like they only picked a new layer of blame and a person that is more easily blamed and discarded when more failures crop up.
It’s like adding a contractor to contract the contractor that is contracting the work to be done. What is ends up being is a new cog to blame and discard which allows a reason to keep the actual contractor. This is a face saving device, the project could be shit but they can keep blaming and replacing the cog spending billions all the way.
Here is the problem: “constant change orders pushed the design far from its origins.” Oh have we not heard this song before? /s (I know - hollywood BS, but project creep or moving goal posts is a very real thing and more problematic now than ever).
