I seem to have dodged major tree damage with only a few limbs here and there, others in my area are not so lucky but nothing major that I am aware of except for power outages and the Hodag Dome collapsing in Rhinelander, Wi. Now we have this coming on Tuesday night. Tomorrow Night 04/01 87% / 3 in Watching a potential winter storm. Periods of snow. Low 28F. Winds ESE at 10 to 20 mph. Chance of snow 90%. Snow accumulating 3 to 5 inches. Blah yuck again.

A December-Like Cold Blast Is On The Way.

After the past few mild for Wisconsin winters, I am not looking forward to a harsher winter than the previous few years.

The Models Are Showing Something VERY Strange.

Thankfully the blizzard conditions should stay north of me, turning it in to just a minor inconvenience in my neck of the woods. Only have about 2 inches or maybe more on the ground but and with the wind blowing there is not a good place to get an accurate depth reading.

Today’s rain is one of those annoying all day drizzles. 0.05″ in the rain gauge for today, that’s about it. Saturday’s snow showers are for the northern part of the Philly coverage area. It will be rain here.

Guy54435 Interesting. The video showed that the rain in Philly’s Tuesday forecast is an ice event on the northern edge of the coverage area (Pocono mountains).

There are two things that I get concerned about - Ice and freezing rain.
