Astyanax SOME people do. My friend has kids in their 40’s that are drug addicts and mental health issues and they create mountains of problems for themselves.
It is their fault and it isn’t, they are sick.
Life is not a clean simple thing.
Some people get cancer or other debilitations and end up losing their homes and livelihood. No fault to them.
Others get robbed or ripped off of their hard work (that would be me, I made some folks rich and they ran).
Some are born with a “defect” or a differentiation that limits their choices.
Many are born into poverty and it is very hard to climb out of it when you have family that needs you. I support family and it has kept me from making some choices I could have made if I were single.
It’s a shame that it takes someone like me to point these things out here, they should be self evident to everyone. Lack of compassion is what I really think is going on here, lack of empathy.
