I think these are the first full games of the Avs I’ve seen this playoffs. In the bits and pieces I saw before, they looked dominant. Now, not so much.
MacKinnon looks like he’s going to murder Necas at some point. Every time Necas messes up, MacKinnon is furious.
It seems like every time Kadri touches the puck he messes up. Either a pass that’s like 3 feet off the mark that clears the offesnive zone for the Avs, a pass that gets picked up, mishandling the puck, etc.
Maybe I’m misinterpreting the quote, but Bednar almost made it sound like he’s calling out Makar for not being back yet.
