Heat84 I never heard of him before Skinner replaced him in the first round and never saw him play until this series. But apparently his career stats aren’t very good. I have no preference, but if you guys want him, then I want Skinner.
I’m pretty sure Pickard has largely been a journeyman backup his whole career. I wouldn’t want to be relying on him at this stage.
But, of course, a goalie can get hot at any time and he only needs to win two games. And, as someone else mentioned, sometimes a team plays more structured in front of a backup goalie.
