It’s definitely an accomplishment, but at the same time, the ‘rules’ of the record seem a little strange.
By that I mean, it felt a bit odd that when he was getting close they’d say “all he has to do is score two more points, or miss the next 6 games of the season and he has the record”.
It’s just a little weird that, at some point, you can win by not playing.
Still, an impressive feat. Particularly, considering the trash that’s on that roster, and the terrible coach they have.
