Donoreo Rook Thanks, did not see that. Did we need a typing indicator? This is not a chat app, it is an online bulletin board. I agree, kind of neat from a tech standpoint.

Rook I agree, a typing indicator is not really necessary. It could be handy in some situations, but not often. I'm glad they're still trying to improve the site with different thingamabobs.
Guy54435 Rook Yes improvements will happen, I think @SLC_96 and his team of @ElQuintron @Kathy_9 And @HFB1217 are doing a great job, DSLR did not become what it was in a blink of an eye, It will take time and probably a lot of bitching and moaning along the way, but eventually for the most part it will turn out okay in the end. I am just glad that we have found a place to be again.
PL1 Rook I agree, a typing indicator is not really necessary. It could be handy in some situations, but not often. In some of the sites I'm on that use XenForo (AVS for example), when you are replying to a topic, and someone else is ALSO typing in a reply to the same thread, you are notified that a new post has been posted and you are asked if you want to view it. This is great for the times when two people post the same thing.

I noticed it happens if there are more than one "Liked Your Post"'s for one post. It will only clear one. Then I just hit the check mark.
Rook PL1 I just noticed that you can check or uncheck that web notification in the settings screen and watch the notification bell number change in real time. Strange.
