Removed: Typing Indicator and Push Updates

Edit: Feature has been disabled due to inability to handle traffic spikes.

Discussions and discussion lists will now automatically update, eliminating the need for the refresh button. With this update, the refresh button has been removed. I would prefer to retain both the automatic updates and the refresh button, but that is not an option in the software.

Also, when someone is typing, an indicator will now be displayed at the bottom the relevant discussion.

Automatic updates do not. I have to keep multiple tabs open in order to have any sort of organisation on here, and the automatic update does not work across tabs. Now I have to do a browser refresh which is the same as doing the manual one.
