Hello.
I highly recommend you install TorBrowser on your Android device. There are also Windows versions available. The client is self-updating and generally uses ‘Germany’ IPs for the outbound node. I have found these nodes to provide ample bandwidth, typically about ₂₀ mbit/sec.

On Windows/Linux you can change the outbound node, IMO I prefer the Canadian nodes.
