HP deliberately adds 15 minutes waiting time for telephone support calls HP Inc is trying to force consumer PC and print customers to use online and other digital support channels by setting a minimum 15-minute wait time for anyone that phones the call center to get answers to troublesome queries. Hey, remember when companies like HP and Compaq banded together to unify and prevent IBM from just taking over the pc standard all over again? Remember when they could be trusted to make a computer that wasn’t riddled with proprietary components and failures?

… What are you looking at me for? I don’t remember any of that. I only knew of their role in keeping IBM from monopolizing the PC from LowSpecGamer channel on Youtube.
