I also use Glary Utilities, BleachBit, and even the “Junk Files Cleaner” that’s part of Revo Uninstaller.
EACH program finds things the others don’t.
It’s not that I’m super compulsive (I hope) but rather that my everyday computer is an older Intel NUC with very limited memory on the C: drive, so space is at a premium.
