Mid-Split Questions

My node had mid-split swap out this week and have two questions:

1.Typically how long after install are enhanced speeds available ? I'm seeing DS OFDM at new freq. and new US OFDMA channel.
2.I'm seeing "US profile assignment change. US Chan ID: 43; Previous Profile: 11; New Profile: 10" every couple 1 to 3 hours rotating between profiles 10,11 and 12. What does this indicate? I'm on Gig+ and speeds are still running 1140 D and 41 U. Equipment is Hitron Coda56 modem, QNAP Qhora 321 router and my Network is 2.5 Gig.

The log entries are similar to the 16/24 events for downstream. The CMTS is telling the modem to use a different modulation profile. Profile 13 is the most robust profile. Then comes 12...
