I found this to be of interest: Admiral Foley died the following year on November 8, 1999, in Annapolis, Maryland, at the age of 89. Born on the 4th of July into a Navy family, and named after a famous Naval hero, Admiral Francis Drake Foley dedicated his life to serving his country. He was a true American patriot.
