New Community Guideline: ISP Reps

We have a new community guideline to help users identify official ISP support representatives.

Only approved accounts may pose as ISP representatives. Approved accounts are identifiable by a check mark that when hovered over, says “ISP Rep”.

Here is an example of the check mark.

This may have just been implemented, but if you go to the User Directory and filter on “ISP Reps”, they should be listed.

Well, reps would first have to apply to be on this site in a support capacity. I’m not sure if there is any ongoing initiative by the site to invite provider reps, but that might be one potential process.
