Ranks Norway last; the relations between Norway and Sweden has been frosty for centuries, two brothers (or sisters if you wish) that are in constant rivalry with each other, not shocked that they got pushed to the back of the line by a Swedish company. Finland is a similar Nordic nation but scored higher, was it the saunas? The top five countries on the list have state regulated or controlled media, while they don't say so in this report it seems that a regime high in propaganda does calm people down (or if desired the complete opposite).

It seems that the data was collected via surveys so grain of salt, though the general suggestions for better sleep are universally good. What would be interesting is a global comparison to mattress prices, because I really doubt everyone on mainland china can afford a 2k mattress, look at pillow prices too because their prices have also exploded over the years.
