I agree, the dynamic here is different. DSLreports / Broadband Reports was a "first of it's kind" site when they started it. That "first of its kind" of status lent it some gravitas. DSLreports was a little like Facebook or Twitter for broadband and that drew a lot of vendors to handle tech-support on the site because the audience was large. The world is different today. While, I'd love to see it happen, I don't expect this site to be that big. It probably won't make sense for vendors to come here to provide tech-support because the audience will always be too small. But the old site also drew a lot of people who worked for Broadband vendors. That's how I got started on DSLreports so in the future you might be able to get better answers here from dedicated techs hanging out in their spare time. If that does happen, I would expect it to take some time.
