Returning from DSLReports after so many years, same username I use most everywhere. Was surprised to find they let the expense of running the site get so out of hand. Seriously, front page access only, and kneecapping access to the rest of the site to 5 minutes per hour?
Should have figured something was up after they let all the network testing tools die.
