I have 300/10 Mbps connection through an Asus RT-AX86S, an HT802 TA connected VIA Car6 cable to the router. The router 's QoS is set to prioritize for home office usage . Bandwidth utilization is less than 5% at any time while on a call.
The HT802 is at current firmware, using Callcentric's recommended configuration.
The phone is a 900mhz Sony with base and two RJ45 connections to the TA.
Depending on which VoIP test I use, latency runs 2-12ms, jitter between 6-50 ms.
On incoming and outgoing calls, I often (but not always) hear an echo of my voice of ½ -1 second delay.
EDIT: added, from my TA configuration for both lines:
Disable Line Echo Canceller (LEC): No
Disable Network Echo Suppressor: No
Has anyone else encountered this issue, and how did you address it?
Thanks for your help and suggestions,
EG.
