I am interested in doing consultant work around Business Process Management and wanted to ask you folks, where you currently work, are you aware of your companies hiring consultants for this type of work?
At my company, we're always hiring consultants for project management, technical expertise, marketing etc and I feel like regardless of how good we are at creating and executing new things, nobody gets held accountable to sustain the shit that falls through operations.
Business Process Management to me is someone that has a lens to see the gaps/problems around cross-functional human and system processes. This discipline also provides the skillset to fix the issues by getting the right people together.
