No updated statement bill, with new prices, after price changes?

Does Spectrum not send out an updated statement bill, with new prices, after price changes? I only see the updated correct prices when logged in on billing screen. For examples with the recent wildfire credit outage and last month's price adjustments.

Hello Ant,
Hope you are well! You might need to be on a new Spectrum billing plan to reflect the new pricing structures. If you are still on legacy Spectrum Silver and Gold Packages, pricing may be different. Legacy plans are grandfathered.

For example I am on Spectrum Select with Entertainment View, Max with HBO, and MGM+ as my add-ons. There's not enough there for me to move to Spectrum Select+ (Don't care about Sports.) And if I move to Spectrum Select Signature, I lose several sports channels that I have currently.
